For more than 12 years, Deepa led complex enterprise technology programs, delivering for clients including Roche, Google Cloud, BT and Orbital Insight.
Across those programs she saw the same pattern. Technology moved quickly, and the structures that kept it safe and accountable arrived late, if they arrived at all. With AI, that gap is wider and the cost of getting it wrong is higher.
